Junior SQA & Support Engineer
A leading Software company is looking for SQA and Support Engineer who has experience in Software Testing having strong understanding of SDLC and QA life cycle using different tools and processes. Familiar with Microsoft Platform and working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. A certain degree of creativity, multitasking and attention to details is required.
The candidate must have the following skills:
- Thorough understanding of Software Testing Process
- Develop Test Plan, Use Case and other QA/Technical documents
- Develop, published and implement Test Plans
- Writes and maintain Test Automation
- Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
- Perform Black Box, Stress and Performance Testing
- Knowledge of Web Application development, HTML, Form validations
- Knowledge of Functional Requirements & Change Management Process
- Document, Test, Analyze and improve product performance during software development
- Execute test cases to examine product functionality, content and user friendliness
- Ensure the resolution of Reported bugs
- Work closely with development team
- Must be able to talk to customers on support and other issues
- Liaising with customer & team to check the progress of projects
- Having good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
