Job Description:

An ideal candidate must have experience working in a challenging and robust services industry. Able to manage daily affair of the office and the work force. Have sound knowledge of sales and marketing to develop new business prospects contributing to the success of the business model. Should be able to secure projects and answer pre-sales questions with the support of subject matter experts. She/He should also provide excellent customer service, after sale service, able to generate repeat orders and communicate on projects with the team in efficient manners so that all the deadlines are met accordingly.

Job Specification

- Office supervision and mangement of employees

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

- Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.

- Plan approaches and pitches.

- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

- Participate in pricing the solution/service.

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
