Accounts Officer

• Responsible for accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
• Check invoices for inaccuracies
• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
• Handle general account queries
• Contact clients about invoices that are past due
• Prepare Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheet and Trials.
• Followups with Customers and vendors for payment.
• Create Sales Tax Invoices.
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Responsible for tax audits and tax returns.
• Prepare and record Income Tax Challan of employees and responsible for the submission of income tax return on monthly basis.
• Other duties assigned by the Director

• Job Requirements

• Having good command on software as ERP/Quick Book etc.

  Developed Experience of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  Good in communication and presentation skills
