We are seeking a highly motivated **Business Development Manager** to service and explore Business & Advertising opportunities with new and existing clients, focusing on business partnership for AutoX online and offline campaigns and solutions with a spotlight on meeting the business needs of our larger partners. This position will develop new business, grow and retain existing business through a variety of sales strategies.
· To identify, understand & define customer needs, objectives & business requirements.
· To establish new, and maintain existing, long-term relationships with B2B customers.
· To work on existing key accounts/ develop new accounts in order to achieve Sales targets.
· Should be able to develop & maintain solution demonstrations through Proof-of- concepts & Presentations.
· Target oriented approach with full fledged command on Pre-sales & Post Sales activities.
· Business Development Manager will be the liaison and main point of contact for assigned clients to provide business information and directions on products/services and coordinate with internal resources to resolve issues

· Must have MBA or Bachelors degree from top university.
· At least 2-3 years of experience in managing key accounts at nation level for media sales.
· Strong account management and relationship building skills with key decision makers.
· Excellent communication and persuasive skills, presentable neat personality.
· Lead generation, Prospecting, qualifying and conversion to sale. Achieve goals and targets on monthly/ quarterly/ annual basis.
· A good team player, confident and self-starter.
· Must have complete knowledge of MS Office & Adobe Suite.
· Be able to make business plans and agreement drafts.
· Be able to take initiatives.
· Strong negotiation skills.
