  • Update, maintain existing customer and Enter new customer information into system
  • Process orders
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Contact businesses or private individuals by phone calls or E-Mails
  • Describe products and services
  • Identify and overcome objections
  • Take the customer through the sales process
  • Obtain possible customer leads and turn them into customers
  • Follow up on initial contacts
  • Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
  • Complete call logs
  • Produce call reports
