This job opportunity is based in Multan.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Implementation of business scorecard at assigned dealers.
Provide assistance to assigned dealers to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention by strengthening dealer management and operations activities.
Inspection of functional equipment and SAP implementation.
To ensure implementation of 5S, safety and apparels (C.I. Image) at assigned dealers.
To ensure strengthening of dealers and execute their development activities in accordance to BSC parameters and ensure micromanagement activities.
implementation of trainings and conducting tests of after sales staff (4W) of Multan region, as per divisional plan.
To ensure timely submission of monthly reports of assigned dealers.
Any other task assigned by management.
