Looking for an international support staff, candidate willing to work in US time zone, having experience in hotel management and degree from an international university will be plus. • The responsibilities of the position of Sales and Operations Manager include but are not limited to:
• Sales role (both inside/outside sales), lead generation and business development.
• Maintaining proper records of all clients, invoices and follow-up on payments.
• Answer sales calls, send quotes, attend to inquiries and current guest requests. Reply emails etc.
• Setup schedule with cleaning and maintenance staff
• Attend to all service calls - After hours call answering may be required.
