• Preparing and posting of vouchers on a daily basis
• Preparing bank reconciliation
• Prepare and dispatch monthly invoices to customers;
• Contact customers by phone to follow up on receivables;
• Co-ordinate with sales representatives for collection of receivables;
• Resolving any customer billing/receivable related issues;
• Ensuring customer ledger is accurate and up-to-date;
