Act as a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for as part of a team to support the Business unit in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to be approached by the department. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn and be creative. You will be working within our sales teams who focus on reaching out to new businesses. Excellent English communication skills is a must.
Responsibilities:
Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the data sheets..
Identify high potential prospects and transition qualified lead to sales organization for further follow up.
Obtain customer contact information and other relevant information to populate the database.
Analyzing different sales tools to come up with solutions
A solid understanding of company’s market: Services, technologies

· Experience at least 3 to 5 years in a related field
· Good aptitude in the fields of IT communication so that he/she knows the product information.
· Built and maintained relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies, and partners in order to get access to the new opportunities.
· Developed relationships with senior decision makers (incl. CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, or VPS) within potential client
· Pitching products and/or services
· Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
· Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
· Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
· Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiative
· Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
· Developing quotes and proposals
· Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person

· In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

Night Shift: Timings 08:00 pm to 05:00 am

NOTE: This is a contract-based position with a one-year (1) minimum contract duration if you have more than five years of experience And a two-year (2) contract (leading to unlimited) if you have less than five years of experience.
