Designs processes to address identified problems.
Establishes team membership with internal team and negotiates time commitments and resource allocation.
Acts as liaison, problem solver, and facilitator.
Makes formal presentations to various senior level audiences.
Execute procedures regarding implementation of project outcome.

Establishes effective professional business relationships with development vendor.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
