Job Description

A large food company manufacturing clean drinking water, cooked and raw food, bakery and sweets is looking for the following personnel to be based in Lahore.

Finance & Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced accountant to manage the accounting procedures and cash flow of the business. Applicant must hold strong financial knowledge including taxation rules and minimum 3 years of experience in setting up the accounting function. Experience in procurement would be an added advantage. He will document financial transactions, recommend financial actions, and summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Strong skills in establishing the accounting systems for a division in a startup environment.

  1. Develop and Maintain assets, liability, and capital account systems and records.
  2. Estimate the amount of capital required for the proper functioning of the business
  3. Devising a capital structure
  4. Management of Cash
  5. Financial Control & Reporting
  6. Accounting Books
  7. Sales & Purchase Orders
  8. Payments and Receipts
  9. Financial Internal Audit
  10. Theft Management
  11. Budgeting and Approvals
  12. Payroll Management
  13. Stores account Management
  14. Asset Management
  15. Income and GST
  16. Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.
  17. Negotiating prices and contracts

  20. Forecasting upcoming demand.
