Contact Center Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced individual who will manage the centralized response management unit containing voice and non-voice customer interactions. Applicant must hold strong people management skills and minimum 3 years of experience in setting up response management units and manage the contact center function. Should possess strong IT and people management skills. Strong awareness in receiving customer information/feedback through Online, Facebook & website, SMS, WhatsApp, Phone calls and respond accordingly to promote business.
Responsibilities:
Hiring, training, and preparing call center representatives to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products. Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
