TechTree is looking for a Trainer for STEM Education Program to assist with the instructional design, development and implementation portion off a long-term, ground-up, Training program designed for Educational Robotics at school level.

Primary job duties and responsibilities of the Trainer may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Support the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System
• Update and assist to manage the training development and delivery schedule
• Assist in design and development of multimedia-based course content, course materials, help documents, learning activities, job aides, user guides, and practice exercises for web-based training aligned with learning objectives
• Help plan and utilize methodologies to evaluate, analyse and report on training effectiveness
• Develop instructional materials and products for technology-based courses including online, mobile, immersive and performance support
• Possess working knowledge of how to facilitate classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.
• Conduct peer reviews of work products to ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
• Deploy training to targeted personnel, including customers and stakeholders
• Participate in training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc.
• Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids)
• Evaluate overall effectiveness of programs and make suggestions for improvements
• Assist other instructional system designers in the subject matter, content, and course creation

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• BS degree in curriculum or instructional design, adult education, or similar
• Knowledge of working with software developers, testers and technical writers.
• Experience demonstrating training outputs for customers/clients/stakeholders
• Experience leading and conducting train the trainer programs
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior instructional designers and trainers
• Ability to write clear and effective copy, instructions, and related help information
• Experience manipulating graphics and images for use in training media
• Experience using eLearning development tools (Captivate, Articulate, etc.)
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SharePoint or other document management tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
