We are looking to hire a young undergraduate as an account executive to look after clients’ Amazon and eBay accounts.
The individual should have some prior experience and knowledge of Amazon and eBay store listings and policies, some working knowledge of SEO, WordPress and WooCommerce. Good written English is a must!
The main duties and responsibilities of the job are mentioned below:
• Manage and develop the relationship with specified marketplace accounts to achieve clients’ eCommerce revenue goals
• Create new product listings on marketplace channels
• Update & optimize existing product listings
• Update stock levels using spreadsheets
• Products data entry in MS Excel spreadsheets
• Edit and upload product pictures on marketplace channels
• Analyse sales, inventory levels, and sell-through by style, color, and size
• Provide recommendations on driving revenue through regular analysis of sales and inventory
• Create and maintain a promotional roadmap for marketplaces
• Report monthly sales by account, identifying trends, opportunities, and taking actions to meet revenue goals
• Replying to customer queries and messages
• Resolving issues and queries regarding returns
• Research on competitors’ products & pricing and share findings
• Review management on products and acquisition of new reviews
• Handling customer issues with order fulfilment
• Monitor and handle custom order requirements with backend team
