Digital Marketing Expert (SMM & PPC) - Job Description
(Focus Should be on Paid Social Media & Googlde Adwords)
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert, with solid experience across Social Media Marketing & Pay Per Click Advertisements. The candidate should have an indepth understanding of Facebook Business Manager, with a grasp on how to identify the audience, plan a campaign and execute it on Facebook. Equally, the candidate should be able to use Google Adwords, and should also be able to show strength in audience identification via Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel. The candidate should also understand and have a proven track record with ‘Retargetting’. It would be a plus if the candidate can demonstrate a working knowledge of ‘Front End Web Technologies’ from a marketing perspective. This includes a good understanding of web page structure (HTML/CSS), alongside a basic understanding of JavaScript.
Responsibilities:
Exceptional Skill with Facebook Business Manager, 360 degree understanding of synchronisation between Facebook & Instagram
In-depth understanding of the differences between the algorithms used behind Reach, Traffic Generation, Brand Awareness, Engagement, etc
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Skills And Qualifications
Industry experience of running SMM & PPC campaigns over multiple projects
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, showing a grip on Facebook Pixel & Google Analytics
BSc or MSc from an accredited institution (national or international)
Good knowledge of web technologies and a ‘client-side approach’ to problem solving
Awareness of industry trends across Digital Marketing, Design and Development
