The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing existing accounts and winning new accounts in line with the country and business plan, as agreed with the country management.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
Responsible developing new shipping business
Prepare quotations for shipping incl tender pricing, secure rates and ensure profits are in line with margins
Execute sales plans as outlined in meetings
Responsible for meeting set sales targets and ensuring profits
Ensures compliance with the directives and regulations that apply in the company as set/defined by the management
Work closely with the operational & customer service staff on any client issues affecting the sales or shipping performance
Responsible for producing regular sales reports as requested
Proven sales track record of developing new business and building lasting relationships
Knowledge of Import & Export shipments via Sea, Air & Road Freight
IT literate using MS Office as well as various shipping-based systems
Good understanding of the Pakistan market and financial impact on the business
Fluent in English
