We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert, with solid experience across Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing & SEO. The candidate should have an in-depth understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Email Marketing Tools, with a grasp on how to identify the audience, plan a campaign and execute it on Email List and Facebook. Equally, the candidate should be able to use Google Adwords, and should also be able to show strength in audience identification via Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel. The candidate should also understand and have a proven track record with ‘Retargeting’. It would be a plus point if the candidate can demonstrate a working knowledge of ‘Front End Web Technologies’ from a marketing perspective. This includes a good understanding of web page structure (HTML/CSS), alongside a basic understanding of JavaScript.

In-depth understanding of the differences between the algorithms used behind Reach, Traffic Generation, Brand Awareness, Engagement, etc.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
