ONEWOOD is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to contribute in closing leads and generating sales for the company. The right candidate must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with queries from the prospective customers.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
- To identify, understand & define customer needs, objectives & business requirements.
- To establish new, and maintain existing, long-term relationships with B2B customers.
- Maintain an agreed monthly sales revenue target.
- Improve sales process.
- Generate leads and follow up and close prospects by phone and meetings.
- Report sales performance.
- Manage sales record in CRM.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Develop sales system processes.
- Excellent understanding of all stages of Sales life cycle.
- CRM leads and sales data management.
- Verbal selling skills, conducting structured sales meetings by phone or in person.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to close the deals.
- A hard working, motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual.
- Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
- Interpersonal Skills.
- Good project management skills like time management, problem break down, prioritization and multitasking.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in technical sales.
- Proven experience of B2B sales preferably for a digital agency or software house or selling technical products.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
- Proven experience of B2B selling of complex products by phone and in-person.
- Experience of working based on basic salary plus commission.
- Experience of generating at least 2 lacs of sales per month.
