Field Sales Officer

We are looking for a trustworthy “Field Sales Executives” to help us to build up our business activities. You shall be responsible for selling garments to the buyers from retail stores or wholesalers etc. Your customer service duties may include meeting with potential buyers. Making cold calls and presentations could be included as your responsibility as well maintaining the relationship with existing clients.

The responsibilities may include:

• Identify prospective customers, following leads from existing clients.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how our products and services can meet these needs
• Help the clients selecting the products to meet their customers' needs and product specifications.
• Answer customers' questions about the prices, collections range availability etc
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and recovery agreements
• Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as information on selling strategies and marketing information
• Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns they might have
• Recovery within the set timeline as per the company policy.

**CANDIDATES HAVING THE "FIELD SALES" EXPERIENCE FROM THE GARMENTS/CLOTHING INDUSTRY WOULD BE PREFERRED**
