* Identify, contact and lead generate to gain market share
*Build rapport and relationships with clients
*Internet research and build contact list
*Must have prior experience in selling software solutions and services
*Understand company's software solutions and be able to discuss benefits/functionality
*Initiate cold calls to prospective customers and present company and services
*Accurately log calls and update database
*Properly document potential sales opportunities to direct sales representatives
*Contribute feedback to Direct Sales & Marketing staff
*Participate in refinement of the telemarketing process
*Ability to break through C level executives and efficiently communicate with them
*Must have prior experience in selling into insurance companies
*Good understanding of computers and software terminology
Job Specification
At least 1 year sales experience including experience of telesales in the software industry
*Must have an IT back ground
*Exceptional skills in selling over the phone through cold calling etc.
*Exceptional communication and presentation skills
*Ability to convince C-level executives
*Excellent relation building skills
*Proficient with use of computer applications such as MS Office
*Good experience in making outbound calls
*Must have a min Bachelors degree.
