Job Description
- Responsible for handling all inbound communications via calls, emails, website chat, facebook chat, Instagram chat and WhatsApp.
- Listening / Handling clients’ complaints, creating Job Order on ERP and forwarding it to the concerned department.
- Follow-up / closure of the complaints of the respective department. Coordinating with concerned department ensuring that all queries of clients are being closed on agreed/communicated timelines.
- Follows up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the company’s service after successful completion of a job.
- Ensures delivery of excellent service to clients through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires
- Should also play a part as a Recovery handling individual.
