While support rigour is necessary, this is also an entrepreneurial role. You need to be willing and able to get stuck into ad-hoc strategic projects, act as a sounding board to the management team, and be able to see what is coming around the corner from a business perspective. This is a remote working position that offers the opportunity to travel extensively, with up to 40% of your time spent at any one of our locations across Karachi, Doha, Singapore, or at one of our partners.
You will ensure that Lehr operates and grows effectively, coordinating with key stakeholders within the company as well as client facing by documenting, communicating and researching, supporting various operational and growth elements of the company’s productivity and its clients. You are expected to make recommendations for improvement and demonstrate them to ensure continuous flow, resolving entanglements and bottlenecks, and demonstrating effective optimization. As you do this, it will be key that you are also able to demonstrate an ability to take teams along with you, supporting a culture that fosters learning and personal development. Our remote working culture is really important to us, and a key part of your role will be to champion this across your various teams, internationally.
