We are looking for an Administrator with Knowledge of Basic accounting as well. His responsiblities will include,
1- Monitoring Staff Activities and Reporting to Management
2- Monitoring Tasks of all individuals
3- Employees proformance tracking
4- Employees Incentive and Penalties record
3- Expense Tracking
4- Invoice Making (Should have command on Quickbooks or Retailed software)
5- Book Keeping etc
1- Must have good command on Excel
2- Must have knowledge of Quickbooks or Other relevant software
3- Basic Computer Skills
4- Leadership and Administrative skills
5- Should know how to maintain employees KPI System
