Job Description
This position is based in Lahore. We are looking to hire a motivated individual as Assistant HR analyst. Candidate must have a BBA (Hons.) with at least 2 years of experience, or Master's with at least 1 year of experience.
The purpose of this position is to facilitate all HR shared services processes that include payroll administration, talent acquisition support, day to day HR operations, new joiner onboarding, separations, employee engagement and other HR functions.
This role is contractual and based on performance will develop into a permanent HR Analyst role who will eventually take on all HR Operations.
At least 2 years of experience is required. Strong English communication is a must.
