- Analyzing current customer base to identify potential sales opportunities & conducting market research to identify new customers, follow up on these opportunities and set up meetings
- Communicating new developments in company product-line to existing and prospective clients; follow up with them in order to close the business deals
- Developing, reviewing, communicating business proposals and cost estimates customized to clients’ needs
- Assisting the management team in fundraising, securing pro bono support and identifying new ways to gain access to expertise and high-quality support for the company
- Conducting regular research to identify new market trends, customer needs
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
- Analyzing current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and ensure problem resolution
- Respond to clients’ queries regarding products and packages satisfactorily and in a timely fashion
- Maintaining a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, presentations and other company promotional material
- Developing creative strategies to retain the clients (including feedback) and incorporating it into the company’s growth plan
- Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
- Developing in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate a higher number of clients/customers
- Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and relevant conferences as a representative of the organization
- Assisting the Management Team in decision-making and providing essential feedback
Requirements:
- Past experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships with corporate clients, or equivalent, will be a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral)
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to travel when necessary, to meet with customers and/or stakeholders to boost business relationships
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
- Results-driven, dynamic, enterprising, and flexible
Qualification & Experience:1-2 Years, Min Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
