We are looking for Call Center Agents who have previous experience of working on Auto Insurance process.
The ideal candidate should have the skill set to persuade, convince and convert not intersted consumers to the interested ones. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate buyers.
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Excellent time management and coordination skills
Excellent customer care attitude.
Team player and well organized.
Bold & confident with exceptional customer service and networking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in Night Shift.
Familiar with Computer Usage.
High aptitude to learn.
