Hometag Enterprises is looking for an experienced and detailed oriented Assistant Sales Coordinator specialised into Real Estate Marketing. As an Assistant Sales Coordinator you will be responsible to improve the sales process and productivity.
You will have to develop and manage your sales team. You will be directly responsible for developing sales leads and customers, and play as an intermediary between buyer and seller.

• Customer's Account Follow up.
• Coordinate support to sales professionals in creating sales strategies.
• Support sales and marketing teams in achieving hundred percent outcomes.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to maximize business opportunities.
• Develop future sales projections and coordinate efforts to achieve outcomes.
• Assist and support sales personnel in expanding customer base.
• Ensure compliance of company's policies and procedures.
• Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Hiring and training sales staff and ensuring staff meet their quotas and goals.
• Qualification
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 or more years' experience in sales.
• Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
• Good team development and leadership skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
