- Bachelor’s degree Preferred
- 3+ years hands-on development experience in Franchise Sales with proven ability to produce results
- Problem solver who seeks win/win solutions, demonstrates tenacity, and is not easily discouraged
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with advanced organizational and time management skills
- Ability to review and understand financial statements and other legal documents
- Travel extensively to conduct market visits and prospective franchisee meetings
- Travel Requirement: 75% of time
