Job Description
One of the leading Multinational company who has recently taken over few projects in Pakistan, and they are interested in to provide exceptional customer service to their clients, is looking for Manager for their premium call center operations.
Incumbent must have a 4-5 years experience in different areas of call centers. Preferably Team leader 4 years, assistant manager 2 Years or manager with at least one year experience. Total minimum 4 years in top notch inbound call centers preferably local one (Inbound operations). This call center having one manager already and they are looking for analytical guru, can apply SOP, KPIs and call center matrix. Preferably female candidate.
