TELCAST NETWORKS looking “Technical Support Engineer” for our Karachi Office.

The candidate will be responsible for

-Installation and configuration of Windows/Linux servers/workstations.
-Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
-Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
-Troubleshoot issues related to client-server connectivity
-Technical Helpdesk services
-Monitor usage and network traffic.

Skill Set Required

-Basic Linux Knowledge
-Good knowledge of Server operating systems, network devices, and virtual machines.
-Ability to troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure issues.
-Ability to learn new technologies
-A Team player
