Job Description

The administrative executive is responsible for working and supervising daily operations of the company. Reports directly to CEO and responsible for managing cost centers and interdepartmental coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Researching and preparing confidential documents for the director.
  • Scheduling of meetings, appointments and correspondence (local/foreign)
  • Completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; compiling documents for meetings.
  • Recording and managing company finances and taxation. Includes bookkeeping, auditing and accounting.
  • Provide assistance as needed to front desk operations to include but is not limited to, answering phones, accepting package and other deliveries, lunchtime relief, and greeting and signing in visitors/guests.
  • Monitoring different cost centres and establishing policy / procedures for managing costs.
  • Managing recovery and assisting with disbursements
  • Assisting the director as needed with all projects and duties
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Exceptional organisational skills.

Computer skills are a must, including command over accounting software and Microsoft Office
