1. Preparing of vouchers
2. Make journal entries of Payments, Receiving, Invoices etc… in Oracle based GL
3. Proper maintenance of archived data and files
4. Prepare cheques, bank transfers and pay orders etc
5. Should have knowledge of WHT and Sales tax Deductions and Payments as per ordinance
6. Capable to manage Employee Provident Fund independently
7. Account reconciliations
8. Assist for accounts internal and external audits
9. Frequent follow up visits to FBR and SRB for quick solution for pending matters

1. 3 years of relevant experience
2. Commerce Graduate
3. Proficient in the use of MS Excel and other accounting software
4. Good Typing speed
