Apexx Inc is a hotels & accommodations company operating in the USA. We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join our team. Our head office is in New York and the branch office is in Miami, Florida. We are a licensed and registered company.

Note: This is a work at home job, we will schedule the hours of work as convenient to the right candidate. You must have a laptop for the work platform.

  • Introducing ourselves on behalf of Apexx Accommodations to airlines and hotels via email and guide them through our business nature.
  • Keeping a very organized system of client profiles and follow up to their inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Compose letters, memos, and emails.
  • Screen documents book a meeting and take messages.
  • Social media marketing
  • Using internet search engine

Job Specification

  • Highly organized
  • Minimum bachelor's degree required in business administration/marketing.
