InfloWay Technologies (a US based IT company) seeking a WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes from scratch and plugins.

Candidates who are incredibly driven, talented & self-motivated developer to work on a web application development with an accomplished team in Karachi.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Execute coding of web-related projects.
2. PSD to Wordpress – Custom Theme Development
3. Develop new sites and maintain existing sites with enhancements.
4. Assist the Lead Developer in shaping and implementing the WordPress platform strategy for the business.
5. Create bespoke plugins and developing modules for WordPress.
6. Document technical and functional specifications.
7. Communicate with different departments to resolve any vulnerabilities in the project.
8. Ensure that we meet commercial 'go-live' deadlines.
9. Mentor to junior developers when required.
10. Other ad-hoc duties as required

Required SKILLS:

1. Must have professional experience of atleast 1.5 – 2 years in Wordpress Custom Theme Development
2. Good knowledge of programming in Core PHP is required
3. Good knowledge of Database design and writing SQL queries
4. Good knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, AJAX, jQuery and PHP Frameworks
5. Excellent understanding of web frontend and WordPress themes
6. Proficient in creating responsive themes from SCRATCH, HTML to WordPress and PSD to WordPress
7. Must have ability to create custom post types and custom fields.
8. Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and re-usable code
9. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and complete tasks in a timely manner
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Ability to be a team player and grow as the needs of the business grows
