of Responsibility to ensure dealers meet sales goals and market penetration
Responsible to plan to ensure achievement of team and personal quarterly, annually sales and recovery target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
Responsible to manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and quarterly sales target and KPI target are met.
Responsible to understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities, provide feedback to management about central region.
Responsible to recommends products line by identifying new products opportunities and /or product packaging and service changes surveying customer needs and trend, tracking competitors.
