Area Sales Manager (Dealer Network)
- Responsible to increasing new dealers as well as keeping meaningful relationship with existing dealers.
- Candidate from Building material sector having good experience in retail business where he had established or successfully revise dealer network
- Should have worked with premium or quality product-based dealer network selling.
- Responsible to drive plumbers and Architects engagement activities to recognize beta pipes success.
- Implementation of new dealers’ agreements and ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
- Manage dealer market share development, volume and product mix within Area
of Responsibility to ensure dealers meet sales goals and market penetration
- Responsible to plan to ensure achievement of team and personal quarterly, annually sales and recovery target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
- Responsible to manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and quarterly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Responsible to understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities, provide feedback to management about central region.
- Responsible to recommends products line by identifying new products opportunities and /or product packaging and service changes surveying customer needs and trend, tracking competitors.
- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Track dealer’s stock inventory levels to ensure they meet both the dealer’s business plan as well as current market and product demands
- Manage retail sales assistance process and sales tools to achieve successful attainment of assigned annual sales volume and gross profit
- Provide critical insight and contribute to the development of the Beta Pipes sales segment’s strategic plans.
- Should have bachelor’s degree along with 5 to 6 years of experience in retail sector of building material firm.
