Job Description
Job functions:
- Provide administrative support for HR executives
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
- Help in payroll management, preparation and payment
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
- Assist in recruitments
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
- Create reports for senior management
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Perform all admin related tasks
- Ensure that all paper work is updated related to admin tasks
- Use skilled vendors to do the work
- Be proactive in keeping with inventory
- Ensure that all working related to office equipment is up to date
Job Specification
- Graduate degree from a reputable university
- Ability to stay calm when working under pressure
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and Power Point
- Good Communication Skills
- 2 year experience working with Admin & HR
