Job Description

Job functions:

  • Provide administrative support for HR executives
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
  • Help in payroll management, preparation and payment
  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
  • Assist in recruitments
  • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
  • Create reports for senior management
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Perform all admin related tasks
  • Ensure that all paper work is updated related to admin tasks
  • Use skilled vendors to do the work
  • Be proactive in keeping with inventory
  • Ensure that all working related to office equipment is up to date

Job Specification

  • Graduate degree from a reputable university
  • Ability to stay calm when working under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Good Communication Skills
  • 2 year experience working with Admin & HR
