INXOL Technologies is looking for an intelligent and hardworking individual who is self motivated and able to multi-task:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Dealing with Govt. Departments i.e. ,SECP, FBR, LESCO, LCCI, AEDB, PEC, PSEB
- Assists management in various tasks (e.g. office time management, HR matters, travelling management, Administrative tasks etc
- Composes and maintains documents (e.g. correspondence, agendas, minutes, Office records/reports, etc.)
- Monitors assigned activities (program schedules, critical timelines etc.)
- Processes documents and material (e.g. schedules, agendas, mail, etc.)
- Attends meetings (e.g. procedure updates training schedules/records etc.)
- Prepares and maintains an inventory of all assets owned by the company.
- Handling Telephonic, Online and Walk-in enquiries. (where required)
- Managing Complete Recruitment process including posting on different job portals, CV shortlisting & initiating interview calls.
- Responisble for Employee Orientation & payroll management.
- Ensures adequate discipline is being maintained in the company’s premises and reports any violation to the Management.
