An American based Luxury Limousine Service company is looking for office staff "(Only the residients of jhelum)" to be
responsible for the following:
Coordination between the HQ, regional office(s), on board drivers and staff
Assisting the Operations Head with coordination of tasks
Maintaining data base on daily basis including finances, reservation records, contact list of all on board drivers and their emergency contacts on One-drive
All the assigned jobs should be tagged with the driver detail properly in softwares
Continuous follow-up with drivers about the pick-up status, ideally following up three hours prior to the pick up
Monitoring the status update by the drivers before, during and after the ride
Flight tracking, in case of early or delays, in-time coordination with drivers at least an hour prior to the actual pick/drop time
Keep looking for well-priced job on all partner’s dashboard (portal)
Internal and external communication with team and partners
Timely email correspondence (delay may result in non-compliance with communication protocols)
Play a role to develop and expand business
Any other task assigned by the Heads (this may be assigned based on priority/need basis)
Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
Good understanding of MS offfice.
Internal and external communications(written and verbal).
Flexibility of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Moderate knowledge of research and data base management.
