Should have good verbal and written communication skills.

Should keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensive way.

Should have ability to handle pressure.

Must have polite and courteous tone of voice.

Experience of education industry will be a plus.

Able to work in night shift.

Good listening and speaking skills in english.

Computer literate.
