    Job description:

    He/She should contain the following requirements and qualifications:

    • Preferred Sixteen Year’s Education
    • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
    • Develop Direct Relationships with the C-level Executives from Fortune 1000 Companies
    • Cold calling potential participants (C-Level executives) on the phone
    • Contact with business leaders and decision-makers on daily basis
    • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
    • Independent Market Research
    • Competitor Analysis and Market Intelligence
    • Strategy for successful campaign execution
    • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients.
    • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
    • Ensure follow-¬up by-passing leads to appropriate team members with necessary details


    • 20,000 – 25,000 PKR depending upon experience
    • Uncapped monthly commission (Average OTE up to one lac rupees)
    • Highly lucrative quarterly and yearly bonuses
    • Timings: 10 AM to 07 PM (Sat & Sun are off)
    • Gender: No preference
    • Location: Lahore

    Job Responsibilities:

    A business development professional has primary responsibilities:

    • Identifying new sales leads
    • Pitching products and/or services
    • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
    • Researching organizations and C-Level online to identify new leads and potential new markets
    • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
