Job Description

Avira Technologies is looking for talented candidates for our International client, who can Focuses on continuous operations, incident, change and problem management of supported devices. Position will require support for multiple customers, providing tier 2 level support to trouble shoot and resolve incidents on behalf of the customers. Interaction with the customer will be required to ensure the highest quality support is provided.

Job Specification

Skills:
Qualifying candidates will be required to have expertise in the following categories:

  • Datacenter routing/switching with Cisco and HP technologies
  • Legacy Cisco ACE and F5 load balancer
  • Wireless LAN technologies
  • Checkpoint and Cisco Firewalls
  • Additional skills to help with the support of the customer networks include:
  • ACS Controllers
  • Pulse Secure Junos Appliances
  • VPN/DUO Remote Access support
  • Cisco ISE support
  • Imperva WAF/DAM
  • Microsoft DNS/DHCP and Infoblox

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Datacenter routing/switching DC Network engineer is responsible primarily for managing client’s network.
  • assist in the root cause determination of network related problems.
  • able to solve complex technical problems, including those which require research and/or extensive analysis in order to resolve.
  • Engineers will be responsible for technical data validation, site support, equipment list, IP addressing, device configuration, assessment, technical evaluation, technical troubleshooting, problem solving, and documentation.
  • Team members expected to provide support for the account during business hours, with rotational on call support.
  • Seeking CCNP level engineer with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Will provide 2nd / 3rd Level Support for daily operations
  • technical interface to customers and outsource providers
  • Provide input and support to RFP and RFS/Contract Change Orders for new technologies

Key Competencies And Skills:

  1. English - fluent knowledge
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills, product demonstration, customer service skills, and presentation skills required.
  3. Comfortable with the ambiguity, pace, and adapting to new roles and environments

Education And Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering preferred
