Job Description

We are hiring an experienced accounts officer who has experience of quickbooks.
Job Description:

  • Making accounting transactions using bank payment voucher, Bank Receipt voucher, Cash Payment Voucher, Cash Receipt etc.
  • Process accurate and timely payment to suppliers.
  • Payroll and wages
  • Ensure Tax deductions aer as per tax rates.
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Responsible to manage accounting operations of company including the domans of Accounts Receivables, Payables, Cash Management, Financial Management, Inventory, Profit & Loss, Bank reconsilatopns,
  • Obtain and maintain and timely, monthly, quarterly and yearly end close
  • To manage all accounts related details, daily reporting, Taxation, Cost controllung & Budgeting.

Job Specification

Skils:

  • Candidate must have have hands on advance knowledge and experience of Quickbooks.
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience required.
  • Please do not apply if you dont have any experience of Quickbboks.
