Job Description

Technical / Product support Engineer

Mobylogix is looking for a Technical support engineer having 1-2 years of experience for its In-House product.

Location: Lahore

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and resolve customer concerns and problems, diagnose the root cause, and document interactions.
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Manage and monitor customers’ expectations.
    • Create and maintain product support database to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

    Job Specification

    Required Skills:

    • Proven customer support experience
    • Knowledge of Front end technologies like React js, html5, CSS3, Wordpress, etc. Knowledge of Vue. js is a Plus.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
