Technical / Product support Engineer
Mobylogix is looking for a Technical support engineer having 1-2 years of experience for its In-House product.
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve customer concerns and problems, diagnose the root cause, and document interactions.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Manage and monitor customers’ expectations.
- Create and maintain product support database to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
