Job Description
1. To assist in carrying out all the activities concerning to HR in an efficient and effective manner.
2. To ensure proper maintenance of Human resources database (CV Database) to streamline the process from receiving an application and processing them, when required.
3. Implementing the existing recruitment strategies and planning the new ones.
4. Keeping the record of processed candidates.
5. Maintaining the record of the existing organizational structures and job descriptions for future references and amendments.
6. Assistance in the whole recruitment process, to the concerned person.
7. To keep updated record of all the personal files.
8. To maintain & harmonize the salary structure, as per the policies.
9. Keeping the payroll updated, on monthly basis.
10. Working on all the compensation related Issues.
11. To ensure the implementation of all the SOP's.
12. To keep & update all the record of Group and Medical insurance in coordination with the concerned person.
13. To keep a record of different up coming training programs.
14. Ensure the effective implementation of HRIS.
15. Any other job assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Specification
1. Computer literacy is a must.
2. Good written & oral Communication
3. Knowledge of various management tools.
4. Knowledge of H.R. Management concepts & tools.
5. Update with the latest HR issues around the globe.
