We are looking for a customer-oriented service female representative for our sales department to act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:|
Order confirmation to Clients
Order recording in Database.
Follow-up calls with our delivery services to get the order status and inform Customers.
Must have ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail and have good analytical skills
Keep records of customer interactions.
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Customer support experience
Fluency in spoken English, correct grammar, comprehension, Pronunciation
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time effectively
