Studying and planning design briefs and determining requirements
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Developing illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Working with content writers and creative director to produce final design
- Amending designs after feedback and producing final designs
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers,
and colleagues as necessary.
- Ensuring high standards of professional practice and quality of design
- Participating in staff, group or other meetings related to design and marketing
- Maintaining good order and discipline
A minimum Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree (Certification or Degree in Graphic
Designing/Digital Marketing or related discipline is a plus).
- 1 year of relevant experience. Experience in tech industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with required tools, including Photoshop, Coral Draw, InDesign Quark,
Illustrator etc..
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity,
product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively and respectfully
