Job Description

  1. Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable & receivables.
  2. Completing basic bookkeeping.
  3. Processing business expenses and managing day-to-day transactions
  4. Managing company ledgers.
  5. Completing bank reconciliations including verifying balances in account books.
  6. Reporting on debtors and creditors
  7. Handling accruals and prepayments

Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills

Bookkeeping

Data Entry

Experience in Balance Sheet, Accounts Preparation

Candidates with knowledge of tax filing procedure and regimes (W/H, Income, GST, etc.) will be preferred
