Job Title:GIS Manager
Reports to: CEO
Department:Network Planning and Design (GIS)
Summary:The primary point of contact for FTTx network planning and design, QA/QC of implemented network, sourcing and expert community support and moderation. The GIS Manager is responsible for managing employees, projects, and processes for the Core Function and Desktop Audit GIS Team, with guidance from the CEO, GIS, the position includes accountability for daily Network planning and design operations, project completion and financial goals associated with the Desktop Audit and Desktop Marketing processes.

Competition management
SQL Server, GIS softwares, IT trouble shooting
BS/MS in Information Technology, Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, MIS, Planning or closely related field.
Skill: Ericsson Network Engineer (ENE) use and Troubleshooting skills (highly preferred), Teamwork structure design skills, 2 D Design Skills, OSP Network designing skills, Work order management system, analytical skills, Good interpersonal, skills, coordination, communication and computer skills, negotiation skills and team supervision experience preferable.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Solid relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel as demonstrated by the ability to write advanced formulas, macros and manipulate data for analysis and reporting purposes.
Ability to perform spatial analysis through advanced SQL and spatial queries;
