Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic Personal/Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will need to have excellent English communication skills - both written and spoken - because they will have to deal with a range of tasks, including but not limited to, helping with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking. The personal/virtual assistant can also expect to answer phone calls, take notes, and send emails on behalf of executives - as well as organize events.
Responsibilities:
Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
*Must be able to communicate in French and in English affectively and effeciently.
